Question / Help Buffering issue

Hi guys! I asked few friends to watch my stream in order to find out how good it is and they complain about buffering. I was going from 1280x720 60 fps 2500bitrate streaming csgo with 1440x990res(ingame res). The I lowered quality to 2k bitrate and 30 fps and still buffering appears.

My specs:
1. Fx8350 4kMhz
2.Radeon HD6870
3.8gb ram.
4.Win 7
5.Upload speed to server is 40k kbps.

Please help me to find the solution of this problem.

Probably reason in this "WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook d3d9.dll, hook target is unknown."

What can I do to deal with?

I was following advises of this thread yesterday

  • Lower your bitrate (and if necessary resolution/framerate) - I lowered my bitrate first from 3.5k to 2,5k and 2k, fps form 60 to 30. I don't think that lowering resolution will help it is quite low (1280x720)
  • Tried different servers of twitch.

total my stream watched 5 ppl my friends IRL from different countries and they complain about buffering.

Then there is nothing you can do.

So, it seems like my problem is my internet conection or what? I can try another internet provider but I don't understend why my current internet is bad, if this issue because of it. I got ping 30-40 for all Eu twitch servers and high upload speed. Can you please, tell me if I'm guesing right and if it possible, for what reasons internet conection with good stats is providing bad streaming expirience?

Did you read the thread that was linked explaining what buffering is? It very clearly explains that it's an issue of data getting from Twitch to each individual viewer. Increasing your stream bitrate means sending more data, and makes it more likely some viewers will have difficulty getting all of the data in time; when they don't, they buffer.

This mean that Twitch can't afford "streaming place" for everyone ? I just can't get this D:
Why someone got this problem, someone doesn't? People who streaming via Twitch got same provider - Twitch.
I using twitch for example with 2.5k bitrate and another guy using same, we both have provider as Twitch. But viewers of the "lucky" guy don't suffer from buffering. Sorry for dumb questions. I just really confused about it. And if I follow this "logic" truth the only what can I do is lowering my bitrate till "pixel picture stream".
