Question / Help Buffering and laggy stream

Hey!

I haven't been able to setup a good twitch stream yet because I keep getting different problems. Before I start I am going to name what I have, system etc.

System/Computer:

Gaming Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Quad-Core 4,0GHz

CPU Cooling Fan: Noctua NH-D15

Motherboard: Asus Z97-P

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 PC12800/1600MHz CL10 LP 2x8GB

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC+ ACX 2.0+ HDMI 3xDP 6GB

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W Hard Drive: Samsung 850 EVO Series MZ- 75E120B 120GB

And upload internet speed: I bought 10mbit/s, but on servers it is running on about 6-7 mbit/s

So my problem was firstly that I had bad quality, so I raised my buffer/bitrate to about 1500-2000 as that is a need when I stream in 720p. Otherwise it's blurry. So now I have another problem, I can't have more than 1100 bitrate/buffer size without the stream buffering. Eventhough I have a nice internet upload speed and a good server connection (I live in Sweden, 20km from the server point in Stockholm). I have tried to do some research but actually nothing works to change.

So I would like to get the answer for why it is buffering with over 1100bit even if I got everything. Here is my log:

Thanks in advance!!

Buffering of watching the stream is more to do with the route between you and the viewer distribution servers. If you're not dropping frames in OBS, your issue is likely to do with your route to those servers, which usually are NOT in the same datacenter as the ingest server you're using to send the stream to twitch.

Yes I do not have any frames dropping on obs. So I do not exactly understand the issue yet, but I assume it has to do with maybe that my router isn't a good brand or something? Because my router, if I am not wrong is connected to stockholm servers also. As well as the stream, which should be fantastic, I can only see it being that the router is bad?. Would it help if I buy a more expensive one?

Sorry but I do not understand everything you said, just some parts because im not really into these things.

When you're watching your stream, you're not getting it from the stockholm. That's why it buffers.

Okey, so what could I do to fix this? Changing my streaming servers doesn't help. Would really like to know what I need to do to fix this :)

You can't do anything to fix that. You need to get other people to watch and test your stream, preferably with different internet providers in different locations.

Well it's kind of a hard situation for me, I mean I am quite lost to be honest. Are you sure mate that there are no ways to fix the buffer? My friend tried to watch the stream (Lives beside me) He buffered alot. Does this mean that people in sweden can't watch my stream?

try to get a native display solution u have 16:9 display and 1280x720 is something like 4:3 i think. 1280x960 would be native to 16:9, maybe it helps

http://www.lonestardigital.com/native_resolution.htm

ideo Encoding: x264
02:14:35: fps: 30
02:14:35: width: 1280, height: 720
02:14:35: preset: slow
02:14:35: profile: main
02:14:35: keyint: 60
02:14:35: CBR: yes
02:14:35: CFR: yes
02:14:35: max bitrate: 2000
02:14:35: buffer size: 2000

It's the other way around, I have the right display solution, 1280x720 is a automatic downscale from 1920x1080 (16:9). 1280x960 is 4:3 though.

Dang I feel really lost :P If there is no damn thing to do I don't know. Please keep on giving me help, hope to reach out to someone out there that knows what to do :)
