Question / Help Buffer size and the bitrate

Hello! I need help with the buffer size and the bitrate in obs and obs multiplatform! I uploaded a picture with my net speed so if anyone know what numbers shoud i put on buffer size and bitrate please share ! And pls check my setting is OBS i upload a pictures!
My PC Specs:
Intel i5 4590 3.30ghz 4 cores
ASUS Strix Gtx 960 2 gb
8 Ram
and a wi fi adapter.
