BTTV Addon in OBS bug

I recently used a proxy, tried to stream with it, and then I got a new recomended server. And the chat add-ons stopped working.
If I enabled Proxy, then the add-ons work. Could I have messed up some setting?

Let me remind you that with Proxy enabled, everything appears without loss... perhaps I broke some settings?

Also, even if I reinstall OBS it gives me strange recommended servers
