Question / Help BSOD while streaming

Hello there,
Gotta say it beforehand -- sorry for my English. I'm not a native speaker.

So today I've encountered BSOD while streaming. It happened when I was streaming Overwatch. Also, while streaming league I had this annoying issue when my game crashed and bugsplatted, so I had to reconnect all the time. The moment I'd stopped streaming it started to work just fine - no bugsplat occured.

My specs are as follows:

I believe that I need some special BIOS configuration because my rig is somewhat unusual (Xeon, huh).
I've seen that one person on this forum got their problem solved by configuring voltage and stuff in their BIOS.

Oh yeah, my CPU, RAM and MoBo are previously used.
