Question / Help BrowserSource Black screen only

Hello! Stream labs tells me to use browser source to capture my followers, but I only get a black screen. I have tried to change the obs-plugins folder and uninstalling OBS entirely, but to no avail. Is there any way I can be helped? Thank you!

So, by capture do you mean that when they follow you there name pops up on screen? Or something like "Most recent follower"

Yes, when they follow and a notification sound and their name pops up on screen.

I think its suppose to do that. Try hitting the Test Follower Alert (Subscriber Alert for me cause i use youtube) and see what happens. if nothing happens, you did something wrong. Make sure you got the link right. For me its always been a clear/transparent screen.
