Browser Text pixelated

I am looking to use the browser text as an auto title for videos being recorded. We have a site created that only has two lines of text that OBS will look to for the title and date of the videos. I have removed all the CSS from OBS and put it on the website to have the OBS do less work but the text is very pixelated. I then reversed this and put CSS in OBS and the text remains the same. Any idea's on improving the text quality using the browser source?
 
It seems like this was a user preference issue on the machine I was using. I havent found a specific fix but switching to a different user resolved the pixelation problem.
 
I remember this being an issue but double check your preview and output. What I noticed at the time was the preview being pixelated but the output to the stream was fine.
