Browser Sources Won't Render?

Hey everyone, I just joined in hopes you guys might be able to help.
I'm a Twitch streamer and I use OBS for my alerts etc. For some reason, my OBS is incredibly choppy when trying to render anything from a browser source. I have no idea why, none of my settings seem funky and I have a decent computer. Everyone I've asked for help have no idea why it's doing this, even my immensely knowledagble tech wiz friend.
 
Re-enable browser source hardware acceleration in settings -> advanced (at the very bottom).
