Browser Sources lagging, freezing

Henlo! I do quite a few restreams here and there, in which I usually use browser sources in my scene. I'm in a community with many restreamers and we have all had the same problem with browser sources lagging horribly since the new update, we have all done different things, such as unchecking hardware acceleration, using software x264 encoding, messing with bitrate. This has been happening to at least 4 restreamers that I know of since the new update. The browser sources in the new update are broken, please fix, I would hate to have to move on over to slobs, I hate that program.

Hey you're not alone. This is definitely an issue. For me disabling browser acceleration in OBS solved the issue where Twitch streams were randomly freezing. This however is not a great solution as it causes performance all around to be terrible. I've since reverted to 27.1.3 which has given me no issues. But is obviously not a good solution either. Considering trying to use the older versions of the browser source plugins with newer versions of OBS but I have no idea if that will function or even solve the problem.

update: just using old plugins does not work at all :D Idk why I thought that might even be a thing considering pretty much all plugins had to be updated specifically for 28
