I am new in streaming when I stream from YouTube to Instagram using browsing source the video keep lagging but the audio run fine without any freeze I workaround this issue by using window capture of google chrome it works fine but I want to know why i can not use browser source. I reduce the resolution and try to enable/disable source hardware acceleration and other stuff found in some old treads but non of them solve the issue. any one can help me plz?
