Question / Help Browser source requires Flash Player or browser version is too low

I am a chinese user. I compile obs studio myself. The browser cef version is cef_binary_76.1.13+gf19c584+chromium-76.0.3809.132_windows64.
I installer obs studio 24.03 from obs website, open browser source and add two different url, play the media are ok.
But i compiled obs studio open the same urls, then the website show requires install Flash Player or browser version is too low.
I check installer obs studio cef version is 75.0.3770.100, but i cannot download this version only download 76.0.3809.132.

why installer obs studio can play the media in website is ok, i compiled and open the media in website is wrong?
Compile obs studio browser need another skill?

Most likely Flash is not supported in CEF any more. No modern site should be using Flash at this point.

Maybe obs.exe and other plugins that i compiled need signature ?

Maybe i found the reason. Input url http://html5test.com/ find installer obs support h264 but i download from http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/index.html cannot support h264.
Can somebody offer the cef binary that support h264?

thank you for your reply.I downloaded and compiled, but is not support h264 play.

chromium never does have h264 out of the box. That requieres always custom builds because of the licence fees for h264.
