Browser Source Remote Debugger not working in OBS 31

In OBS 30.2.3, when started with "--remote-debugging-port=9222", a Browser Source can be viewed at "http://localhost:9222/".

In OBS 31 the remote debug DevTools can't connect. Navigating to "http://localhost:9222/" will show a list of Browser Sources. Once a Browser Source is selected a message appears "Debugging connection was closed. Reason: WebSocket disconnected".

Is remote-debugging removed in OBS 31?
