Question / Help Browser source issue (HTTPS protocol)

Hello,
I've a wierd problem with Browser Source plugin in OBS Studio (it appears in OBS with CLR Browser as well), the encrypted websites doesn't appearing on the preview (and stream or recorded video as well). Therefore I can't use any Twitch Alerts or NightDev Projects (like a KapChat). Even OBS main site, which is set as default is not working...

I've noticed, that unencrypted websites works fine. Any ideas what might be wrong with that?
I'm on Windows 10 Home 64bit

And what i've tried to fix this:
- reinstalling OBS
- running 32-bit and 64-bit versions
- running OBS as an Administrator
- disabling firewall and anti-virus
- reinstalling Visual C++ Redist. (2013)
- reinstaling graphic card drivers
- connecting to the internet over neighbors wi-fi :)

... and no luck :(

Happen to be using Kaspersky?

Using Kaspersky? It's known to cause this issue.

Yes, I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security. However, it doesn't work even if Kaspersky is disabled

Then it sounds like it either wasn't disabled completely or still continued to interfere with OBS.

I had disable KIS, rebooted the computer an it finally works! Anyone knows which KIS's option iinterferes with OBS?
