Browser source going to sleep

I'm using a browser source capturing foundry VTT, SNCF I need to keep the source active at all times.
Foundry VTT acres as a server in my computer, and users connect with an IP. It presents a GUI for various things and relied on all users being connected to the server for any updates on what's being shown (token, sheets, images, etc).
Thing is, that the user I connect through obs gets disconnected after a few minutes, and doesn't send a signal to reconnect unless I interact with the source and give it done tone to relink itself with Foundry.
I'm seemingly one of the few off not only that has this issue, I've with other foundry users and they don't have this issue.
One barriers the issue down to Chrome being put to sleep when it leaves a tab on the background, which ends up disconnecting from foundry.
I experience the same issue of I open a tab of chrome and Windows capture it. Unless it's what's the source of attention in Windows, it happens.
Any idea how to prevent or diagnose this further? Thanks.

Can't really add extensions to OBS, so while it might be a workaround, it's not a solution. As i said, i seem to be the only one with that problem amongst the foundry users i talked to.
