Question / Help Browser is never as large as canvas

I'm not sure if Canvas is the right word but my browser is never the right size when using a Window Capture. It's always a centimetre shorter. Even though my screensize is the same. At first I thought it might be the tabs but they are all included. I can't think what else it would be.

Also Firefox doesn't work as a capture window. Which is fine I can just use Chrome, but if anyone knows the reason that would be nice.

The browser source's settings would need to be set
Firefox and chrome both need hardware acceleration disabled.

I am using a Window Capture and I don't see any settings for that. Sorry I will update my question to reflect it is a window not the browser

Disable Hardware acceleration in your Browser
Chrome
Settings --> Sytem

Firefox
Settings --> Performance

If you mean your Window-Capture Source is shorter in height in relation to your full screen this is because
Window maximized + Taskbar = Full Screen Size
