Browser Interaction Issue

I am a Facebook Gaming Streamer and I having a problem setting up my Alerts and Chat in OBS. This is due to the interaction page not working when I entered the URL in the browser scource. Has anybody else had this issue and what did you do the fix it?

I was having a lot of crashes in both MacOS and Windows whenever I used a browser source so I have stopped using them at all. They seem quite buggy and unstable. Sadly, I don’t really have an alternative for you as window sources are also quite a resource hog in MacOS.
