Question / Help Broadwell + Quick Sync

Hello--

With the performance increases coming with the Broadwell chip architecture, I was wondering if anyone has reason to believe that this is going to help with the really crappy high-motion streaming (mainly twitch.tv) quality we see with people using Quick Sync.

I am contemplating building a streaming PC and am wondering if it might be smarter to wait for Broadwell and utilize Quick Sync instead.

Doubtful. Very doubtful. Unless they make SERIOUS improvements to the iGPU and its encoding capabilities. At best, I'd expect them to evolve things with Cannonlake. I have no hopes for Skylake either.
