I currently work from home and have to log in to an app called touchstar. Every time I click on it I get an error message "Connection to broadcaster failed. Check broadcaster server settings. I've tried to research it on windows website but I can't find anything that comes close to what is happening. My boss told me to upgrade from windows 7 to 10. I did that and still get the same message. Please if anyone can help me. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Christie Beyers
