I got a new Brio and after setting it up with the UBS software, I recorded and it looked and sounded great. Then I had a Zoom meeting with it and all was fine. Now when I open the OBS app, the screen is black with no video to see. So, I tried it on ZOOM and it worked but the video quality seemed much poorer than I remember.
