Question / Help Brio ransom frame Jump/Skip/Rip?

I am getting random weird frames since switch from a Logitech 922 to a Brio.
See the middle frame in my images. It's just a split second, the frame before is normal and the frame after is normal.
Not sure ow to describe it.
My settings are 1920x1080, and it does this at 60fps or 29.9fps.
It might only do this once every 30-60 seconds in my captures.
My system is a Threadripper 2950x, 32GB ram, Win10x64

What are your thoughts? What can cause this?

Seen this one myself with my brio, that's most likely a problem with bandwidth/signal. Are you connected via a hub, or any type of extensions (including front panel plugs)?

Also, what compression mode are you using? Mjpeg, or YUY2/NV12?

Plugged into the FRONT USB 3.0 ports, I will try to plug into the back directly to the motherboard.
