Hey Guys,

Long story short got myself a new PC today, The specifications are below, I thought this to be a pretty solid system however i am unable to stream 1080@60fps or even 720@60fps without problems. I cant change my preset in obs studio lower then 'veryfast' if im on veryfast i get "blockyness" when i turn and do fast movements.

Settings i have experimented with:

Bitrate 2000 - 3500
Profile: main/high
CBR / x264 / canvas res 1080 / scaled res 720-1080 / lanczos downscale for 720

Computer specs:
i7 sky 6700k
32gb ddr4-3000 memory
m.2 samsung 950 pro SSD (512gb)
nvidia gtx 1080 founders edition
Z170X-Gaming 3 mobo
Internet - 200/200mb fiber - speedtest.net reporting 180 down / 160 up to local speedtest server at twitch location 25ms ping
fresh installation of windows 10 pro 64bit

please help really starting to pull my hair out on this (and im already bald)

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.

Also stop trying to stream in 1080p60, Twitch's bitrate limits aren't high enough for it to look decent, and Flash handles it poorly as well.
