Question / Help Bought new GFX, cannot fix encoding error.

I went through the thread of suggestions and nothing helped yet.
Tried slower encoding, faster, different resolutions.. still get an error.

Even deleted some browser sources and no luck.

What is weird is it seems like Dead by Daylight, Outlast 2, and TF2 all play just fine. H1Z1 is what is popping this error for me, I know H1Z1 is a little more intensive but... weird.

h1z1 is terrible for resource use. it's overloading your system.
