Question / Help Bottom Right of Window Capture is Cut Off

I've been trying to figure this out for a few weeks now and only now thought of actually going to a forum to ask. XD

So whenever I try to put in any Window Capture it's always cutting off the bottom right of the window. For that one specificaly I have in the stream, I chose Sub Region, and put it to the very bottom (full width) but as you can see, it's cutting off a considerable part if it's set to the bottom five messages all the way to the bottom (even below the Send).

I checked the Video Settings and my resolution is correct, I just don't know what to do. If it's the program, why allow a box to show exactly what I want captured, if it will cut off most of what is selected? It won't let me move the box off the window either, so I can't just compensate, but then again I have the full width and it's cut off the right side for some reason.

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong (which I'm sure it IS actually my fault since I'm new to this). Any help? I've Googled the issue, but none of the threads with this problem are answered, and no FAQ that I read has this issue mentioned. So I'm really hoping someone can help me out.

Thanks ahead of time.

I just tried that, but nothing happens. It does work to crop it if I pull it inwards, but pulling it outwards does nothing. Appreciate the response though. Wonder what I'm doing wrong...

Bump. I couldn't have been the only one to have this problem. Though it could be others do have the issue and never figured it out...

Sure thing, here it is, I chose to subregion the full screen so that it's easier to tell all the stuff actually being cut off.

Disable sub region and use the cropping functionality.

The poster before you suggested that and we already tried. I posted a screenshot with the results, it doesn't work.

I appreciate the response though. Hopefully we'll figure it out soon .xD I'm still messing with things and looking at other threads hoping something will come up.

Bump for the night.

I can't believe this issue is taking more than four days (well, weeks for me, but I only posted this Tuesday) for us to figure out. O.O;

While there were other threads on this topic that were never responded to, I thought for sure this issue woulda happened to someone else. Is there any other information I could post to make this maybe easier? I'd like to be able to use the chat in-stream sometime this weekend. ><;

Yeah but, the screenshot you posted showed sub-region as enabled.

Yeah, that one was in response to the other poster who mentioned he wanted to see the options (which I assumed was for Sub-region settings). The second screenshot I posted was with it disabled and trying to crop. Which unfortunately didn't work.=/

You know, looking at it, the text is really blurry when I'm trying to Window Capture. My resolution is correct (1920x1080), so maybe whatever's making it blurry might be the reason why?

EDIT: Here's another screenshot for you guys. I tried "Resolution Downscale" to 15xx whtever and when I entire window capture you can see that the window borders are solid black, but are shown now. The bottom and right side still being completely cut off.

EDIT 2: You can also see how much blurrier the text is when on the stream than outside of it.

Remove the source, recreate it, don't enable subregion and use cropping (holding ALT while dragging the edges.
The reason coz it's blurry, is because you have been resizing it.

Nope, no good. =/

Maybe no one knows how to fix this if it's been 4 days and 76 views but no one knows how to fix it...

Maybe I'll just another streaming software since OBS seems to exclusively hate my comp. XDD

I have no problems capturing a chat window like that. What happens when you resize the source while holding ALT?
Or when you set it to capture the entire window.

Exactly as the screenshots show, when I do the entire window it shows the whole window minue a huge chunk of the bottom and right sides of the window. Holding Alt and pulling i out does nothing, while I can still crop inward. =/

Why is it only me and like two other hreads with this problem? Is it just my computer somewhow?

Is there an official help site I can go to or a number I can call?

EDIT: I should note that it is NOT exclusive to the chat browser page. ALL Window Captures have the bottom right cut off.
