Question / Help Bottom of video cut off?

Good Morning,
I have recently been endevoring to get into the youtube and twitch crowds. How ever when I record video with OBS, it cuts off the bottom of my screen. I have the game playing at 1920x1080. I have OBS recording at the same format. When I used other video recording software this was not a problem. For example feel free to visit my youtube page and click any of the recent videos.
