Bottom of display is cuttoff

unrelated - You have audio devices at different sampling rates - you should fix that

As for video - just to confirm everything is 1080p, right?

No, desktop mgmt software playing 'games' with desktop (ie virtual desktop or similar)?
Is this a case of you simply (accidently) having resized the capture windows display, so you just need to Right Click on Source = Display Capture, and Transform -> Reset ?

When working with Source, be aware of difference between
- selecting from corner and keeping aspect ratio intact vs side which will change aspect ratio
vs
- using ALT-key to enable cropping a source window

Sorry if that is way too basic, but I'm uncertain of your expertise level, so starting with the simple/basic stuff

I tried changing the bit rate for the headset but the options for microphone and speaker bit rate are greyed out (only one option or not adjustable) for this device (or on this computer). Not really what I need to fix anyways I have other headsets....

I do have a display manager 'easy setting box' samsung thing - but I have it turned off.

The transform -> reset option does not solve my problem

I have tried some other random experiments with transform but have not been able to regain the bottom part of the display
