Bottom half of camera screen is flickering and varying colors

We're starting service soon and I started OBS and the bottom half of camera is flickering and changing colors. I've lowered resolution to 720 and it didn't help. I've restarted it several times. The camera is clear and fine when I open camera on computer, just happening on obs.
HELP please!
