Bottom and top of my recordings get cut.

Hello! I just made this account to ask about this, due to how I've been having issues with this for months since I got an NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060.
For some reason, whenever I record, the top and bottom of my screen are basically ''sliced'' you can say. Unsure of what causes this. Monitor is 1920x1080.
