Boot Camp iMac FaceTime HD Camera only in 1024x768

Hi,
As I said in the title, I'm having trouble with the FaceTime HD camera on Windows !
I have to use windows as my capture card (AverMedia LGP Lite GL310) doesn't support macOS.
So when I'm on OBS my FaceTime Camera only works in 1024x768 (can't set custom resolution in 720p or 1080p), I tried reinstalling drivers and updating drivers multiple times, tried every settings possible, and in the windows 10 camera app, the camera is showing in 1080p...
(in macOS there's no problems with the 1080p in OBS)
I also have a thunderbolt display with a 720p camera, but when I select this camera I can switch custom resolution to 720p in OBS...
Do you have any ideas on what's the issue ?

I can't set these 2 resolutions...
I only have :
640x480 (which is working)
1024×768 (which is working)
1280x720
1920x1080
When I set manually it doesn't work the camera is not on...

I also noticed that the configure video menu doesn't let me change any settings in it...
