Question / Help Bo3 laggs while streaming with OBS

Hey guys,

My PC Specs:
Cpu: Intel i5-2500
Gpu: Amd Radeon 7850
Ram: ddr3 16GB 2400
SSD: 120GB Samsung

My OBS is on 3500 bitrate like the estimator told me.
30FPS.

The Problem
When i play without stream on its totally laggfree only when i start
Streaming it has weird laggs that are very minimal but though
Hinders me while playing.
Also theres a stream delay from
Up to 20-50 seconds.
Would be very nice if you could help me.

Your webcam is not keeping up.
You have a custom buffer size set while streaming (SERIOUSLY, DO NOT DO THIS)

If you're streaming to twitch and do not have partnership, 3500kbit video bitrate is WAY TOO HIGH.

You should be using an output resolution of 1280x720, 30fps and a bitrate of 2000
