Well i'm once again in trouble because i can't understand why my stream has terrible quality even when i tried to use 3500 bitrate. I just wanted to try if 3500 bitrate would make stream look better but nope. I'm usually streaming at 1280x720 60fps no downscale 2500bitrate, AAC 128, x264 CPU Preset on fast, I have GTX 970, i7 6700k. I've tried to change cpu Preset but cant really see any difference. I have a decent internet 47mb upload and download. Is there any reason why my Overwatch stream looks blurry?
