Blurry waves on capture device

Hi all, first post, but have gotten a lot of tips and info from this forum, so thanks for that.

Now I have an issue I cannot find, so here goes.
I have attached a little recording to show the waves of blur that pass my stream and recordings.
Using a Feelworld Livepro L1 to capture HDMI sources. everything set to 1920x1080@60

Tried different scaling options.
This blurring only occurs on the capture device. Not any other source (media playback etc)
The blurring is not hapening on the HDMI out of the Livepro

Any suggestions on what is causing this blurring?

Macbook Pro 13 inch
M1
8 Gb memory
12.0.1 Monterey

I can now confirm this happens on Mac and Windows alike, so I sought contact with Feelworld
