Question / Help Blurry video even with high bitrate.

So I've tried using obs now for about 2 to 3 days and these my settings and the video always turns out blurry I'm looking to make really high HD videos I am also looking for 1080P an no higher :P

This is always at 60 fps.

I'm out of ideas guys :/ I'm open to almost any suggestion at this point

pc specs :
Intel Core i7-870
Nvidia GeForce GT 740

All your examples are on Youtube, which reencodes the video. So you using 40000 kbps bitrate does not matter, it will get reencoded to 12 mbps.
And those 2 videos look as expected.

But if you compare them to like any other minecraft youtuber it looks really blurry. Tbh I didn't notice it other people pointed it out to me but now that I saw it I can't un see it lol. In my eyes for 1080P it looks super pixleated.
