Question / Help Blurry Streams

When there is no motion in stream, the image is clear. As soon as movement is introduced, the stream blurrs up.

Tried all types of settings, altering bitrates, FPS etc - even tried NVENC encoder (just made the problem worse) but no matter what setting I alter it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Upload speed is 19mb, currently have bitrate set at 3500.

Twitch supports up to 6000 bitrate, increasing your bit rate should improve the quality.

Can you disable Game DVR (log says it is ON right now) and upload a sampe clip?
As mentioned above, in bitrate heavy scenarios (high motion with a lot of details) some pixelation+blur is normal at 720p 30fps @3500kbit/s. Especially in games like ARK and Rocketleague it can get very blurry with those settings.

R@de is right, increasing bitrate to ~6000 will help a lot, but if you are not a Twitch partner and you don't have over 100 viewers, you might loose viewers when you stream with 6000kbit/s, as a lot of people have slower download speeds (or are connected via mobile device or a weak WiFi) and they don't have the option to watch with lower quality.
