Question / Help Blurry stream

Hello, i noticed that when there is lot of action and color / particles / flashing in my game or video, my stream lost quality and gets blurry but when the action ends its normal again. How to fix it? I use Nvidia codec and 1200 bitrate (no drops)

If your gonna use Amd's Encoder or Nvidia's you should use at least 3500 bitrate, For lower bitrates use the cpu.
