My upload speed is 6 and I got a beast 8 core processor

I prefer 1080p 30FPS over 720p 60FPS but I'll go with whatever I can handle

1. You are using ancient version of obs, update to 19.0.2
2. The log doesn't contain a streaming/recording session. Stream for around 30 seconds and the post the "current log"
