Question / Help Blurry stream

So hi guys, as the title says the stream is blurry and I do not know what the problem is, I'm now mostly trying to stream FPS games, the frame rate is variable around 40-60, about the country in settings I'm from EU and that also is not a problem.But I just do not know what could possibly be a problem, I'm a beginner in all this and I hope someone can help me fix the problem, thanks in advance.

@AMIFR3AK Output settings: leave rescale unchecked
You are rescaling twice

The log has no streaming session in it

You can update AMD AMF encoder plugin

And then, if you have that possibility, try using your GPU to encode video.
