Question / Help Blurry stream

Hey, I've been using OBS to stream Kingdom Hearts 2 Final mix. And whenever I'm in a battle like a boss battle where things usually go everywhere, the stream gets blurry and gets pixelated. My max bitrate is 982 with a buffer size of 589, in my advanced, I left everything the way it was when I optimized for twitch, any ideas on why its blurry? Also would need more information. 982kbps would be fine for a 360p stream, maybe a 480p, but will get blurry. Anything higher (720p) would not work with that little bandwidth.

Post a logfile from the Help menu from a live streaming session, and we may be able to help fix things up.
