Hello everybody, asking again of the problem everybody has... Blurry stream on high motion game - Fortnite. Everything is fine if I stay still or record a video, but, when I stream and move a lot to build and edit ingame my stream gets super blurry. Ive tried all the settings but nothing makes it better. Whatched hundreds of youtube videos, read tents of forums, copied settings off of my friends and streamers... Nothing helps :( I tried 10k bitrate, 6k bitrate, 8k bitrate, I tried "Ignore streaming service setting recommendation", I tried "Enhanced Broadcasting", I tried streaming on x264... PLS HELP ME ;(

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Headset Microphone (Razer Audio Controller - Chat): 48000 Hz
[VIRTUAL_AUDIO_DEVICE_PROCESS_LOOPBACK]: 44100 Hz
3. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance.
4. Having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Limited".
5. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Game).
6. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough (0.5% of the time). Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable V/G-sync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (240, 120, 60) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.
7. Add static borders on your canvas where you can.
8. YouTube recommends 12k bitrate for H.264 1080p 60FPS, there's a reason for that.

If still having issues, post new log.

I did everything, but theres one thing bugging me. My GPU isnt overloaded, when I play my GPU hits around 30,40%. Also fortnite is a CPU intensive game so thats the more the reason. In the end my stream is still blurry
