Blurry stream when fast motion gameplay.

So basically when i stream the full screen turn blurry, i tried everything undervolting gpu changing bitrate. etc.. i'm not sure what to do anymore at this point.

and use 8000 bitrate

You can use 60fps

and rescale your resolution from video settings instead output settings
