Question / Help Blurry Stream/Recording at 720p 60fps 3000 Bitrate

Hello there, I just got a new PC with a GTX 1060 3 GB and a Ryzen 5 1600 with 16 GB RAM, and I did a test stream (and several test recordings) on the account I use for my stream bot. For whatever reason, I cannot seem to fix the amount of blurriness I receive when I stream or record. The game I used to test stream with is Overwatch. Regardless of what settings I change, the blurriness persists, even in other games such as Final Fantasy VIII or Guitar Hero.

Check your game capture settings, do you have "Force Scaling" on? Turn this off.

If this make game capture too big, Right click "Game capture", transform, fit to screen.

If you still have problems, show us a new log that shows OBS-Studio actually capturing the game using game capture, with both OBS-studio and game running.
