Hi, I have had ongoing issues with my streams being blurry once viewed on twitch, I have included a link below to a highlight of my last stream where you can see the issue.
Reference video
You can see a fair bit of the issue around the 3:17 mark around that area but also it seems to be like this for most the stream and very rarely giving a half decent view that isn't blurry.
At fist i thought maybe it was just a camera issue but after reviewing a lot of the footage it appears to effect the visuals overlaying the green screen behind me.
Also my stream seems to look fine on my OBS preview window while streaming and this issue is only the end result on twitch.
Here is a run down of my gear and settings:

Device name Mender
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz

Above is a quick run I did to show my kb/s usually sits in the green box so I'm thinking that's not the issue?
(I had turned my bitrate up to 2500 before taking this screenshot FYI)
Also, I did not have my cam connected while taking the above screenshot however it still sits in the green when it is connected.
I have included log files from the reference video stream which I linked up the top of my post.
Thankyou in advance to anyone who takes their time to help me out with this one i have been messing around with it for a long time and have decided to seek professional help.
Please let me know if any other info would help in helping me determine what my issue is.
