Question / Help Blurry screen when alot of movement

Hey guys,

I need your help with solving this. As soon as I start changing camera angles and stuff in games (mainly wow) my results are getting blurry. It does the same when I set it up to just create a local file so I know its not a problem with the broadcasting. I'll post my latest log. hoping a trained eye can see my problem.

I've tried (among other similiar random things) scaling down the picture with 1.25, editing my key-frame interval and FPS value between 30-60.

They way I'm capturing is through Game Capture and my specs are as follows:
- i5, 3,1GHz
- 16GB RAM
- and the graphics card that shows in the log below

quality loss is what happens while live encoding.

epsecially at your latestes tests with 1080@60 ... your cpu cant even handle 1080@60 really well and therefor you would need a bitrate far over 10k ... more like 18k-25k which is just completly retarded stay with 720p@30/48/60 fps in your case with a 2.5k bitrate and mostly playing high motion games you should try either 30 or 48 fps

So what you are saying is that I should set my FPS to a lower value and scaling more than 1.25?

Edit:
I didnt realize that game capture was so drastic on CPU usage. When I downscale by 2.25 and use 30 fps, I dont have the problem when moving but all the time. I can barely read from the videooutput. What would you livestreamers recommend as minimum settings? And is there a way to somehow calculate how much I can output? Or is there anyone that can make a good quess?
