Hello OBS community. I been using OBS for a few months and never had any problem until few days ago. All my recordings that I do now are always blurry. Before it was crystal clear. I have googled and youtubed many user's advice for high quality settings and none of them have fixed my issue. I have tried reinstalling also. Please help!

Change the crf value to 14, and don't save directly to mp4.

When using CRF as your bitrate control, you don't need to use the medium x264 preset.

You are downscaling quite a lot, that will result in blurrier video.
Could you please provide some specifics steps on how to make the video loss less quality? I been trying to play around with the settings for a long time and it always come out to be the same.

Your log says, that you have a base resolution of 2560x758 (what kind of monitor does have such a strange resolution?) and you are downscaling it to 1136x336.
That's where you loose sharpness in the first place and if you want to watch the video on a regular/popular monitor device (which will have a 16:9 aspect ratio), you will have black bars.
Twitch is using 16:9 ratio for their streams, so there's another loss in pixels, as black bars will be there as well.

2560x758 is my cropping. I don't want to record the whole screen so I can reduce the file size and record only what I need. Thanks for your advice I will try this now if I can find these functions.

Thanks I finally figured it out.

Changed Output Scale Resolution to max. I thought that was the canvas resolution for some reason.
