Question / Help Blurry quality with high end comp and network connection

Hello!

I have 250mbit/250mbit internet connection.

My specs are:

- Intel i7 3930K (Hexacore) Overclock to 4.3ghz
- MSI GeForce GTX 980 Overclocked
- 16 GB DD3 Ram Memory
- 512 GB SSD

When I stream, no mather which settings I use it gets blurry when I move/turn in any game. Its really annoying.
I have tested 1080p/30fps/60fps, 720p/30fps/60fps. I allways use max bitrate 3500.

What can I do to fix the blurriness?

You won't fix that, not with the bitrates involved with streaming.

Maybe theres something wrong with your settings, which i actually doubt, but providing a log would be really nice.

Try switching the downscale filter from lanczos tuo the middle one with (sharpest)... the name escapes me..... and set keyframe value to 1-2
