Question / Help Blurry/Pixely OBS Video

Hello people, I have an issue and I don't really know what to do about it, I am horrible at OBS. So, I need some help, if you think you can help me but need more info, please ask thank you <3 The issue is, when I record, I record minecraft. Well, when I play, I move around a lot and when I move around a lot the screen (when recorded the recording obs screen looks fine) it blurs (is pixely). It depends on the content. High details, a lot of contrast and fast motion will eat up bitrate. So PUBG or ARK for example will need a lot more bitrate than League Of Legends or Diablo 3.
For 1080p 60fps I suggest at least >10.000kbit/s on bitrate demanding titles and >6.0000kbit/s for bitrate efficient titles.
