Question / Help Blurry/pixelated stream (twitch)

When I'm streaming on twitch my stream looks blurry and pixelated. I'm using the nvenc (new) encoder. CBR 8000 bitrate, keyframe 2, b-frames 2. Max quality, profile high. Psycho visual tuning checked. Resolution 1600x900 at 60fps, lanzcos filter.

My cam get's also very blurry, the image isn't really sharp. If I compare it to other streamers which also stream at 900p60 or 1080p60 their streams look much sharper and not that blurry. I'm streaming games like Black Desert Online or CoD Modern Warfare etc. Is it because they are affiliate or partnered (twitch).

I just lowered it to 720p60. But ye, it's still not that what I really expect it to be. It's still not sharp or without blurrness.
