Blurry/Pixelated Stream on high movement in game highend specs

Hello!

I'm small streamer (affiliate) streaming mostly Path of Exile. Recently I noticed very poor stream quality mostly when doing a lot of stuff in a game. I dont know if this is related to GPU or Internet/Bitrate etc. I think I have tried everything to fix this but nothing helped. I know that with my specs it is possible to get good/decent stream quality at 1080p/60fps even with higher movement in game

CPU: Ryzen 9 5950x
GPU: RTX 3080ti
RAM: 32 GB

Stream settings when I noticed the problem

Using Nvenc encoder
6k bitrate
Framerate: 2
Quality
Profile: High
Look-ahead = unchecked
Psycho Visual Tuning = checked
GPU= 0
B-frame 2

in Display

Base canvas set to my native which is 2560x1440
And Scale to 1920x1080p
Filtr: Lanczos
FPS = 60

I was doing quick test runs live with my friend watching to check if something helped
I was trying various settings like downscaling to 720p but quality stays the same
Was trying Max Quality profile. checking look-ahead
I was even trying to stream at 8k Bitrate but it helped maybe a little little.

I know that this looks like a problem with bitrate but my internet is fine I have 300mbs download and 30mbs upload.

I'm watching different small streamers simillar to me playing the same game with worse PC Setups and theirs stream quality is fine at 1080p/60fps
What am I missing here?

Here are some clips from the tests:

1080p with Quality setting 6k Bitrate
720p with Max Quality 8k Bitrate
1080p with Max Quality 8k Bitrate

And here is my last log https://obsproject.com/logs/COoRXrQhii2d9Jvk

Please if anyone can help me to solve this problem i will be so happy. I really want to improve.

better picture only you use CPU encoding + play nativ in 1080p you scale the picture so the output is not so good

are you twtich partner or why you use 8000 kbits ? ?

I'm affiliate only, but today I found a video where the guy told that u can stream at 8k bitrate. I wanted to try it and it seems that I can stream at 8k but I have done tests at 6k and this was the same.

So I cant play at 2k and downscale to 1080p?

the problem with 8000 when the server goes full its cut the bitrate dont use 8000 on twitch.

thpen you have problem with fast movement you must use CPU encoding look if that brings you to better picture in fast scenes
and try to use 120hz per Display 120hz(fps) : 2 = 60 so obs can grab every 2 picture.

I tried and it didint helped, quality is even worse. This is so bad... why is this happening with such a good PC? My quality is worse than other streamers with older PC Setup and they stream from single PC. What Am I doing wrong? Im pretty sure my settings are perfect.

But then it will make no difference if you are partner or not.
In the end 8000 kbit/s streaming on twitch is fine if you don't care about that very small percentage that will not be able to view the stream because their internet connection sucks or if you have enough viewers to get transcoding.

@Troley you can get more out of nvenc if you use streamfx and read the documentation carefully but even then I would not go with 1080p if you play fast paced games or ones with a lot of foliage and instead opt for 864p or 936p and use bicubic scaling instead of lanczos, because lanczos produces a lot of ringing which makes compression even harder and worsening your stream quality even more.
