Not a brand I've heard of before, but the price suggests it *might* be good? Price alone isn't enough though, as the cheap things can also be sold for something stupid just to look better.
Another potential problem is that the recording computer just isn't enough. You didn't say if the good picture from the PS5 was on the same computer with the same settings (just moving one cable end and nothing else) or if there were other things different as well.
The wizard *will* produce *an* answer, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you'll have something good. If it had to make so many sacrifices just to keep it smooth, that the picture itself is terrible, then you probably need a better computer.
Even just moving one cable end and changing nothing else, might not necessarily narrow things down as much as you might expect. The PS5 and the gaming PC could easily produce different video signals. Different resolution, frame rate, etc. The capture card might just be better suited for some of those details than for others. The good ones are not *supposed* to care, but with a brand I've never heard of, I wouldn't rule that out either.
