Hi guys,

When standing still the image is perfect 1080p but whilst moving and turning it starts to blur and pixelate in both Twitch and Youtube Live.

System Specs:

RTX2070 OC
I7 9700k Turbo 4.9ghz
16gb 3200mhz Ram
SSD + HDD

I have attached my settings to this post. Could someone recommend best settings for me to get rid of this blur and pixelation.

Recent log file also attached. Its probably something silly that Im missing but its plagueing me.

Thanks in advance.

This is normal, Twitch's 6mbps max bitrate is not enough for high motion 1080p60 content. Try a lower resolution or FPS.

Thanks for your reply. I see many, many people running crystal clear 1080p60 streams with far worse systems and internet bandwidth. I changed the settings Lowered my res to 1600x900. Same problem. 720p. Same problem. 30fps 60fps 25fps. Same problem. Any other ideas?

Also that wouldnt apply to Youtube as they allow for much higher max bitrate. It still happens there also.

Using x264 is probably the only way to improve quality, though it would be a marginal improvement at best vs Turing NVENC. You may also be unconsciously biased - when you watch someone else's stream you have no original source to compare it to vs when you watch your own stream, so you will always think it looks worse.

You may be correct in that I would be biased. But the streaming turning into an 8 bit when turning around is a far cry from just noticing a difference :( So basically there is nothing to be done about it? And its just because Twitch has a 6mbps limit?

Same problem here.. same setup.. and same tries... i agree with the op... if it was bitrate it should be mitigated on youtube... where i set 50mb bitrate... still same problem tho... any ideas?

This is a two-year-old thread. Create a new one instead of reviving an old one, and make sure to include a logfile from a streaming session, for responses with pertinent advice.
