Question / Help Blurry CS:GO Stream

Hi, I'm getting blurry streams while moving. I don't have any idea. I tried 720p 60fps @ 10k bitrate, 1080p 60fps @ 6k bitrate, but all seem to have some blur. I'm playing CS:GO 1280x960 4:3 strecthed. Changed process priority in OBS to high. Used only NVENC. Both versions (old and new).
I don't have any dropped frames. My internet is not bad though, here's a speed test. (I can have better speeds sometimes. 920 down & 500 up)

Do you mean blur or pixellation? They aren't the same.

Blur would indicate softened edges, as when you scale up a low resolution source to higher resolution output.

Pixellation can happen at even a bitrate as high as 10k if you're doing 60fps; if you can run x264 instead of NVENC and can keep up with a preset slower than fast or even medium, you may be able to lessen it.

I believe it is also recommended to leave Lookahead (and possibly Psycho Visual Tuning) off for high motion content.
